The victim was arrested on May 11, 2019 while walking in a street in the city of Alexandria, and was taken to an unknown destination and subjected to enforced disappearance from then until now.

The victim is 28 years old and a university student. His family has submitted numerous reports to the competent authorities in order to obtain information about his place of detention and release, but no response has been received so far.
