The victim was arrested at 1:00 midnight on September 22, 2019, and was interrogated in connection with Case No. 1413 of 2019, Supreme State Security, known as the “September Incidents,” and he remained in pretrial detention until September 3, 2021, with a release decision. According to the victim’s family, the security officers asked the family to sign papers stating that they had received their son, promising to release him after the completion of the release procedures.
