The victim was arrested more than once, as he was arrested for the first time on April 18, 2015 from his place of work in the village of Kafr Saad, and he was forcibly disappeared for 3 days during which he was subjected to torture until he was released at the end of 2016, then he was arrested again in April from In 2017, he remained forcibly disappeared for about a month, then he was interrogated in connection with a new case until he was released.
The victim was arrested for the fourth time in June 2021 and remained under arrest in Gamasa prison until he was suddenly transferred to Burj Al Arab prison where he is currently in. He was sentenced to 10 years in prison, and the Court of Cassation rejected his overturning of the ruling.
