The victim was arrested on November 26, 2018, in Lebanon Square, Mohandessin, Giza Governorate, by a security force, who took him with them to an unknown destination as of now.

His family submitted numerous reports to the official authorities, including a report to the Egyptian Attorney General’s Office dated May 20, 2020, No. 22610, as well as a report to the National Council for Human Rights, No. 251, dated July 10, 2020.

The victim was less than 16 years old at the time of his arrest, as he was studying in the first year of secondary school.
