He was arrested on 25-02-2017 and subjected to enforced disappearance for 17 days. The prosecution appeared in case 316 of 2017, limiting the security of his country. He was accused of joining a group founded in violation of the law. He was released on 15-08-2018 and was transferred to the Manzala Police Station to implement the eviction decision, but it was not implemented. He was forcibly disappeared again from the Manzala Police Station on 02-09-2018 until noon on 25-11-2018 and after he appeared the prosecution gave him 45 days pending the same case in which he obtained a release. He is now in pretrial detention in Mansoura's second division
