The victim was arrested for the first time on January 28, 2014 after he was hit by a police armored vehicle in the street and fainted. He was placed in a juvenile facility until he was released on March 18, 2014.

He was arrested again in 2015 and subjected to enforced disappearance for approximately 50 days, before he was released.

The victim was re-arrested on March 9, 2018, while playing football with a group of his colleagues. The prosecution decided to release him two months after his arrest. However, he was subjected to enforced disappearance from that moment until now without being brought before any investigating body or being released in implementation of the prosecution’s decision.
