On February 10, 2019, he went to attend his special measures session in court, when a national security officer stopped him at the Court of the Police Trustees Institute in Tora area in Cairo, and he was arrested and hidden in an unknown location. This is the third time in a row in his enforced disappearance and a violation of his human rights, on June 13, 2019 He appeared in the Fifth Settlement Department and was detained there for a month and was transferred to the Tora investigation prison pending case 800 Cairo felonies on charges of damaging public property, burning police boxes, belonging to a banned group, and financing people outside the country.
