The victim was arrested in Giza on February 8, 2020, and security forces took him to an unknown destination. He has not yet been investigated about the reason for his arrest.

The victim is 49 years old and works in a private Islamic bookstore. He had previously been subjected to arbitrary arrest at separate intervals.

The victim's family took all necessary legal measures and submitted several reports to the relevant authorities, demanding that he disclose his place of detention and release him, but they have not received any official response yet.
