of the naval forces of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea on armed patrol boats while
fishing in the sea 40 miles west of Daecheong-do, Republic of Korea;

Won-ro Kim, who was allegedly abducted at around 4 p.m. on 6 December
1958 by members of the naval forces of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea on armed
patrol boats near the Northern Limit Line;
(m) Do-sang Kwak, who was allegedly abducted on 2 July 1968 by members of
the naval forces of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea on armed patrol boats while
fishing aboard the Sinyang-ho trawler near the fishing limit line in the sea east of the Korean
Peninsula;
(n)
Duk-hwan Lee, who was allegedly abducted on 22 January 1966, by armed
vessels of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, while fishing on-board the Gilyongho, a trawler from the Republic of Korea;
(o)
Byung-hyuk Lim, who was allegedly abducted in the sea east of the Korean
Peninsula on 23 May 1968 by members of the naval forces of the Democratic People’s
Republic of Korea while aboard the Daeseong-ho fishing boat;
(p)
Yong-seok Yoo, who was allegedly abducted on 15 February 1974, along with
other members of the crew of the Suwon-ho 32 trawler, by members of the naval forces of
the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea 30 miles west of Baengnyeong-do, Republic of
Korea;
(q)
Dae-Jun Lee, who was allegedly abducted on 22 September 2020 by members
of the Korean People’s Army while aboard a fishery inspection boat;
(r)
Nam-hyun Kim, who was allegedly abducted on 20 December 1967 by
members of the Korean People’s Navy while aboard his fishing boat near the fishing limit
line in the sea east of the Korean Peninsula.
Ecuador
Information from the Government
40.
On 26 August 2021, the Government transmitted information concerning five cases,
but the information was considered insufficient to clarify the cases.
41.
In accordance with its methods of work, a copy of one case involving a national of
Colombia has been communicated to the Government of Colombia.
Egypt
Standard procedure
42.
Under its standard procedure, the Working Group transmitted six cases to the
Government concerning:
(a)
Mohamed Ahmed Abdulmajeed Mohamed, who was allegedly arrested on 30
January 2021 at a military police checkpoint on Giza Road, Beni Suef, by military police
officers;
(b)
Ibrahim Ibrahim Saeid, who was allegedly arrested on 9 April 2017 in Hosh
Eissa police station in El Beheira governorate by police officers;
(c)
Motaz Sobaih, who was allegedly subjected to enforced disappearance on 28
June 2019, while he was undergoing release procedures from Shubra Al-Kheima police
station, by national security agents and police officers;
(d)
Gaafar Abdulgawad, who was allegedly arrested on 30 October 2018 in front
of his home by national security agents;
