The Working Group transmitted 36 cases to the Government, concerning: (a) Quentin Le Brun, allegedly abducted on 21 January 2019 by the Syrian Democratic Forces after surrendering near Baghouz. In accordance with its methods of work, the Working Group transmitted a copy of the case to France and Iraq, respectively; (b) Rudy Delphine, allegedly abducted in January 2019 by the Syrian Democratic Forces after surrendering near Baghouz. In accordance with its methods of work, the Working Group transmitted a copy of the case to France and Iraq, respectively; (c) Mohand Ouali Bensidhoum, allegedly abducted by the Syrian Democratic Forces in 2015 and last seen at Hasakah prison in 2019. In accordance with its methods of work, the Working Group transmitted a copy of the case to France and Iraq, respectively; (d) Haroune Belfilali, allegedly abducted by the Syrian Democratic Forces in 2018. In accordance with its methods of work, the Working Group transmitted a copy of the case to Lebanon; (m) Muhi al Din Sadeq, allegedly arrested on 14 August 2012 by agents affiliated with the Syrian Political Security Force at a checkpoint close to the Damascus International Airport; (n) Bashar Zerrou, allegedly arrested on 19 July 2012 by members of the Syrian Armed Forces at a checkpoint in Jam’iet al Zahraa neighborhood in Aleppo; (o) Moutaz Yousef, allegedly arrested on 5 August 2013 by members of the Syrian State Security Forces at a checkpoint at the southern entrance to Tartus; (p) Bahjat Al Saleh, allegedly arrested on 6 February 2014 by members of the Syrian Armed Forces as he arrived in al Sfira city; 28
