On 1 August and 3 September 2021, the Government transmitted information concerning seven cases, but the information was considered insufficient to clarify the cases. Clarification 115. On the basis of information previously provided by the Government of Ukraine, the Working Group decided to clarify the case of Sergei Remenyuk, who is reportedly deceased. Observation 116. The Working Group reiterates its request for information on the search process aimed at ascertaining the fate and whereabouts of the disappeared, which should include the steps taken to locate and identify their remains, as well as return them to their relatives for burial. Moreover, the Working Group requests specific information on the measures taken by the Russian authorities to ensure that relatives of the disappeared take part in the search. Rwanda Standard procedure 117. Under its standard procedure, the Working Group transmitted two cases to the Government concerning: (a) Jean Nsengimana, who was allegedly abducted between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. on 28 September 2019 while aboard the Ruhire Express bus by the police. Mr. Nsengimana was travelling with his brother Antoine Zihabamwe; (b) Antoine Zihabamwe, who was allegedly abducted between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. on 28 September 2019 while aboard the Ruhire Express bus by the police. Mr. Zihabamwe was travelling with his brother Jean Nsengimana. Saudi Arabia Urgent procedure 118. Under its urgent procedure, the Working Group transmitted two cases to the Government concerning: (a) Abdullah bin Yousef Jelan, a national of Saudi Arabia who was allegedly abducted from an acquaintant’s home in the Shadhah district of Medina on 12 May 2021 by members of the State security forces; (b) Lina Alsharif, a national of Saudi Arabia who was allegedly arrested from her house in Riyadh on 26 May 2021 by officials of the Presidency of State Security. Application of the six-month rule 119. The Government provided information, on the basis of which the Working Group decided to apply the six-month rule to four cases, concerning Meghnath Bhusal, Saud Faleh ‘Awad ‘al-’Anzi, Sultan Hamid Marzouk `al-’Anzi and Lina Alsharif. 120. In accordance with the Working Group’s methods of work, a copy of the case of Meghnath Bhusal has been communicated to the Government of Nepal. Information from the Government 121. On 20 April and 2 July 2021, the Government transmitted information concerning the cases of Zuhair Jamal Hamdan, Alaaeddin al-Rashi, Jamal Khashoggi, Turki bin Abdulaziz bin Saleh al Jasser and Mohamed Monzer al Imam, but the information was considered insufficient to clarify the cases. 19
