The victim was subjected to violations that began while he was in the UAE, where his residence was raided on April 4, 2024, and he was arbitrarily detained and then forcibly disappeared for 100 days. During this period, he reported being mistreated, taken to his workplace where his money was confiscated, his personal belongings were seized, and his passport was taken.
