The victim was arrested on September 22, 2014, and its contents were destroyed after terrorizing his family. Then he was taken to an unknown destination until he appeared before the Supreme State Security Prosecution in connection with Case No. 103 of 2014, Supreme State Security, known in the media as Ajnad Misr. The indictment included joining He joined a terrorist group, was detained for 15 days pending investigation, and transferred to the high-security Scorpion Prison.
After 3 years of pretrial detention, he was acquitted of the accusations against him, and he was transferred to the Giza Police Department on December 18 in preparation for his release. On December 31, 2017, he was subjected to enforced disappearance for the second time, which has continued until now without being brought before any investigating authority.
