The victim was arrested on May 6, 2023 in connection with the Ahlawy Ultras case, where the child posted about his arrested colleagues from inside the stadium during a match for Al-Ahly team, until he was arrested by the National Security Forces.

The child remained under enforced disappearance for a period of 8 days, until he appeared before the Supreme State Security Prosecution on May 14, 2023, in connection with Case No. 744 of 2023, known in the media as the “Ultras Ahlawy” case, with accusations, the most famous of which is joining a group that was established contrary to the provisions of the law.
