The victim is 14 years old. He was arrested after security forces stormed his house on May 6, 2024. They collected all the mobile phones and computers in the house and searched them thoroughly. After that, the victim was interrogated for an hour inside his room, before he was taken away.
On May 7, 2024, the victim’s father went to the Nasr City Police Department, but the department denied his presence. The father did not find out where he was detained from the date of his detention until his appearance before the Supreme State Security Prosecution on May 15, 2024, after a forced disappearance that lasted for seven days.
The victim was included in case No. 165 of 2024, Supreme State Security, on charges including joining a terrorist group.
The victim inside his prison suffers from “psoriasis” and “pulmonary failure,” which necessitates the availability of clean, well-ventilated places for his condition. On the contrary, the child suffers from poor health care, especially after being transferred to a cell within the same section called “the cage,” which is a cell that does not Its area exceeds two and a half meters, and it lacks cleanliness and good ventilation, as there are no windows or any other sources of ventilation except the door. Smoking takes place there continuously, and the children imprisoned there are crowded without taking into account the appropriate conditions for them.
