According to letters that were sent to his family through released detainees, his presence in the 101st Battalion continued for about a year, after which the family learned that he had been transferred to another place, which was often one of the Egyptian secret prisons such as Al-Azouli Prison or one of the National Security headquarters, as is usual in such cases. .
