He was arrested in April 2016 and spent a year and a half in pretrial detention in connection with Case No. 621 of 2018, until his release. After 2 months of his release he was put on Case No. 1111 of 2020. He was released on 29-05-2022 from the Supreme State Security Prosecution. He was arrested again in mid-September, and he is in custody in connection with Case No. 1634 of 2022

Update: April 6, 2026 The Supreme State Security Prosecution issued a decision to release him.
