The victim is 40 years old and works as a representative. He was arrested on August 22, 2022 from an audio company in Giza, and was then taken to the National Security headquarters, where he remained for two days until the date he was presented to the Public Prosecution and included in Case No. 1539 of 2022 on charges of joining a group. Terrorism, spreading false news, and misusing a means of social media, and on January 1, 2023, after the intervention of the Presidential Pardon Committee, he was released pending the case.
