He was arrested from his home on September 21, 2019 and subjected to enforced disappearance from that day until January 20, 2020 pending case No. 1413 of 2020 restricting the security of his country on charges of joining a terrorist group and misusing social media. He was released on November 3 of the same year However He was recycled on Case No. 1055 of 2020 State Security. It is reported that he was arrested in 2015 and was held in pretrial detention for 5 months and was released. He suffers from poor conditions of detention and has been subjected to solitary confinement. He is still in pretrial detention in Tora reception prison
