The victim was arrested on November 30, 2019 by security forces in Aswan Governorate and taken to an unknown destination, where he was subjected to enforced disappearance from that date until now.

The victim, who is 38 years old, works as a pharmacist in Aswan Governorate. Following his arrest, security forces stormed his house in the village of Abu Al-Rish, Qibli Najah Al-Shima - Aswan Center - Aswan Governorate. They searched the house and showed that they did not know about his arrest.

The victim's family has submitted numerous reports to the official authorities reporting his arbitrary arrest and forced disappearance, and they have not received a response yet.
