The victim was arrested from his home on January 3, 2020 and forcibly disappeared for 71 days, then he was interrogated before the Supreme State Security Prosecution on March 15, and the prosecution decided to detain him for 15 days pending case 1530 of 2020.

The victim is 56 years old and suffers from a delayed health condition and his need for medical and health care due to a cut in the cartilage of the foot and he cannot move or stand. He suffers from dizziness in the middle ear, which causes him continuous fainting. He is imprisoned in the 10 of Ramadan Prison for men.
