The victim was arrested on February 2, 2017 while traveling to perform his work in Assiut Governorate. He was taken to an unknown destination and has not been presented to any investigating authorities yet.

The victim is 35 years old, a resident of Giza Governorate, and works as a “metal contractor.”

The victim's family took all legal measures and submitted reports to the official authorities reporting his arbitrary arrest and forced disappearance, and the family has not received any response yet.
