The victim passed away following a deterioration in his health. He had been scheduled to undergo a leg amputation at the Hehia Central Hospital in Sharqia, but was subsequently transferred to Al-Ahrar Hospital, where he breathed his last. He had been held at the Ibrahimiya Police Station for approximately six months, and had also been previously detained in 2022.
