The victim, who was a minor, was arrested along with others on November 7, 2016 in Sharqia from a friend’s house while visiting his mother because she was sick. They were forcibly disappeared for about 4 days, then they were presented to the prosecution, which ordered their detention pending investigations.

He was sentenced in his presence to 5 years in prison on February 8, 2018 in connection with Case No. 3457 of 2016 Al-Qurain Felons. He was accused of joining a banned group and possessing a weapon.
