The victim was arrested in front of his house in Abu Hammad Center in Sharkia Governorate after returning from work after appearing with a number of political detainees before the Public Prosecution on December 11, 2021.
Since then, the victim’s detention has been renewed pending Case No. 2976 of 2021, as the Cairo Criminal Court, held at the Badr Courts Complex on October 24, 2023, decided to renew his detention for 45 days.
