The victim was arrested on December 21, 2014, and subjected to enforced disappearance before being brought before the prosecution. He was then referred to a military trial, which sentenced him to ten years in prison.

The victim completed his sentence, and while completing release procedures, he was subjected to enforced disappearance again for three months. He reappeared in March 2025 as a defendant in a new case before the Supreme State Security Prosecution.
