The victim is 41 years old, and holds a bachelor’s degree in physical education. He was stopped during a police ambush on April 28, 2019, and arrested in Zagazig, Sharkia Governorate.

The victim's family learned of his presence inside the National Security headquarters in Zagazig, according to former detainees who were with him at the same time, and he has not been investigated in connection with any case yet.
