The victim was arrested in November 2021 from the Burj Al Arab ambush in Alexandria, and the Supreme State Security Prosecution interrogated him on charges of joining a group that was established contrary to the provisions of the law and financing. He was imprisoned pending case 1222 of 2021 and deported to the Badr Center for Correction and Rehabilitation “Badr 1”, and he is a cancer patient. With blood, the prison administration refuses to refer him to one of the hospitals specialized in cancerous tumors and deprives him of his right to receive appropriate treatment and medication. With the poor conditions inside his prison during the past years and his failure to see a specialized doctor over the past years, this led to a serious deterioration of his health condition, which requires his transfer. He was urgently transferred to a specialized cancer hospital, which the prison administration refused.
