It is noteworthy that Haitham has been rotated on more than one case and has been subjected to renewed arrest since 2011 until now. In October 2018, his pretrial detention was replaced by precautionary measures. Seven months later, he was arrested again. It is reported that his health condition is deteriorating, and he suffers from medical negligence, as he has numbness in the body, high blood pressure, breathing problems and tingling in the limbs, and he is still under pretrial detention until now.
