He was arrested on February 18, 2015, after which he was subjected to enforced disappearance and remained hidden until March 1, 2015 and appeared in the Agouza Prosecution. and hit him, Hossam is currently detained in Rehabilitation Prison 2 in Wadi Al-Natrun, and he suffers from bleeding in the esophagus and did not receive appropriate medical care, which led to the development of the condition to his injury to the seventh nerve, and there is no appropriate treatment for him in the detention center, as he submitted a request in the month of 7-2022 to meet the chief of investigations in Rehabilitation Prison 2 In Wadi al-Natrun, the request was rejected. Upon his insistence on the interview, the chief of investigations refused to respond to his requests and punished him by entering the discipline on 1-8-2022 for a week and preventing him from treatment during that period. Hossam went on a hunger strike in protest against these procedures, and after he left the discipline, he was injured by the seventh nerve as a result of a period Treatment interruption and medical negligence.
