The victim was arrested on charges related to the political situation 4 times in 2013, 2016, 2018 and 2020. The last time the security forces stormed her house on March 20, 2020, she was interrogated two days after her arrest before the Supreme State Security Prosecution pending Case No. 535 of 2020. After that, a decision was issued to release her on January 17, 2021, but she was recycled pending a new case bearing No. 65 of 2021, which is still imprisoned as a precaution until now.

During the month of June 2023, she was transferred from Al-Qanater Prison for Women to the New Tenth of Ramadan Prison, and she was subjected to harassment during the visit, and she faced an absolute ban on visiting and communicating during the period of the outbreak of the Corona virus, and even in times when visits were permitted, the National Security permit allowed to visit her at intervals. Up to a full month, in violation of the Prisons Regulatory Law and its regulating regulations, which allowed visiting remand detainees every week.

Update: April 6, 2026 The Supreme State Security Prosecution issued a decision to release her.
