He was arrested on 1/3/2013 and was accused of the case in which he is currently imprisoned, then after 3 and a half years he was released healthily due to the deterioration of his health condition inside the prison. After one month of his released he was arrested and The case was booked for judgment, and the sentence was handed down to 15 years in prison. He is now in New Valley Prison serving his sentence. It is reported that the detainee suffers from Behçet's syndrome (a rare disease that affects the blood vessels).
