- Summary
The victim was arrested on April 19, 2015, and taken to the National Security headquarters in Kafr El-Sheikh. He was subjected to enforced disappearance for 40 days, during which he was subjected to various forms of torture, resulting in physical and psychological injuries.
A military court sentenced him to 15 years in prison. He was subsequently placed in inhumane detention conditions in the Gamasa Maximum Security Prison, where his health problems recurred without any serious medical response from the prison administration.
In May 2025, the Gamasa Prison administration transferred the victim to the Minya Maximum Security Prison, a two-day journey in a prison transport vehicle.
