In accordance with paragraph 18 of the Working Group’s revised methods of work, I am sending to you, attached herewith, the text of Opinion No. 34/2022 (Egypt), adopted on 6 April 2022, regarding a case submitted by your organization. In conformity with its revised methods of work, the Working Group transmits its Opinions to the source of the petitions, forty eight hours after having transmitted it to the relevant Government. This Opinion will be published on the website of the Working Group and reflected in its annual report to the Human Rights Council.
