It is reported that he was arrested before 14/09/2018 in relation to a case and was acquitted, but the decision was not implemented and he was put again on another case and forcibly disappeared until he appeared on 13/10/2018 at Abu Kabir Police Station. During his disappearance, he was tortured with beatings and electricity in different parts of his body. It is reported that Hussein suffers from poor conditions of detention and has diabetes. He is now in pretrial detention at Abu Kabir Police Station.
