- Summary
The victim was arrested on May 28, 2015 from one of the ambushes in Nasr City, and they seized his brother's car and an amount of money that was suspicious of workers in his own company. He was forcibly hidden and tortured to force him to confess to charges he did not commit, then he was interrogated by the State Security Prosecution. Supreme Court on 6/22/2015 pending case No. 423, Supreme State Security Invention for the year 2015, registered under No. 288, military enumeration for the year 2015, known in the media as the killing of Wael Tahoun. The Public Prosecution charged him with participating in the killing of a police officer (Wael Tahoun), with logistical support and training.
The victim was court-martialed and an acquittal was obtained in January of 2018, but no release procedures took place, as the victim was recycled again pending Case No. 1430 of the Supreme State Security of 2018, in which he was accused of joining a terrorist group, and he is still in pretrial detention in his prison.
