The victim was arrested on June 11, 2020, when he was stopped by security personnel while on his way to work at approximately one o’clock in the afternoon, and he has not been brought before the prosecution or any of the competent authorities since that date until now.

The victim is 29 years old, and works as a medical analysis specialist, from Fayoum Governorate.

His family took all necessary legal measures and sent many reports to the competent authorities, but they were not answered or presented to the prosecution, amid severe fears for his life.
