The Working Group transmitted 56 cases to the Government, concerning: (a) Muhammad Umar, allegedly abducted in December 2015 in Owde Kallia, Bannu District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province, by the Pakistan Military Intelligence. (b) Sayar Khan, allegedly abducted on 23 December 2018 in the Mardan District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province, by the Pakistan Military Intelligence. (c) Shafi Ullah, allegedly abducted on 28 May 2020 from his home in Mosai, Post Office and Tehsil Dosli, North Waziristan District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province by the Military. (d) Muhammad Kamran Nil, allegedly abducted on 14 July 2019 in Laki Marwat by the Intelligence agency forces, the Pakistan Military Intelligence, and/or the Pakistan Inter-Services Intelligence. (e) Farhad Khan Nil, allegedly abducted on 20 November 2020, from his home at Ziyarat road tour dair, Swabi District, Lahore Province by the Pakistan Military Intelligence, the Pakistan Inter-Services Intelligence and/or State Intelligence Agents. (f) Bakhtyar Nil, allegedly abducted on 26 August 2021, in Masjid aqsa Street, Attock by the Intelligence agency forces, the Pakistan Military Intelligence and/or the Pakistan Inter-Services Intelligence. (g) Yaqoob jan Nil, allegedly abducted on 4 November 2015 from his home in Madina colony zikh quay, Post office umar zai charsadda by the Intelligence agency forces, the Pakistan Military Intelligence, and/or the Pakistan Inter-Services Intelligence. (h) Abu Bakar Nil, allegedly abducted on 24 July 2009 at the Shop Pakeeza Shoes Safdar Market, Mardan by the Intelligence agency forces, the Pakistan Military Intelligence and/or the Pakistan Inter-Services Intelligence. (i) Jamroz Khan Nil, allegedly abducted on 10 August 2015 in front of Nadra office Khabar Agency by the Intelligence agency forces, the Pakistan Military Intelligence and/or the Pakistan Inter-Services Intelligence. (j) Kamran Ahmed Nil, allegedly abducted on 4 July 2017 at a clinic in Gujranwala by the Intelligence agency forces, the Pakistan Military Intelligence and/or the Pakistan Inter-Services Intelligence. (k) Muhammad Bashir Nil, allegedly abducted on 24 June 2020 in Barrier 2 Wah cant, Taxila Rawalpindi by the Intelligence agency forces, the Pakistan Military Intelligence and/or the Pakistan Inter-Services Intelligence. (l) Badar Khan Nil, allegedly abducted on 19 July 2009 from Ship Chowk, Kanjoo, Swat District by The Intelligence agency forces, the Pakistan Military Intelligence and/or the Pakistan Inter-Services Intelligence. (m) Nassar Khan Nil, allegedly abducted on 19 July 2009 from Ship Chowk, Kanjoo, Swat District by the Intelligence agency forces, the Pakistan Military Intelligence and/or the Pakistan Inter-Services Intelligence.
