On 29 July 2021, the Government of Colombia transmitted information concerning two cases involving nationals of Colombia allegedly disappeared in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, but the information was considered insufficient to clarify the cases. Yemen Standard procedure 157. The Working Group announced in September 2019 that it would start documenting violations tantamount to enforced or involuntary disappearance allegedly perpetrated by nonState actors.48 Under its standard procedure, it therefore transmitted four cases tantamount to enforced disappearance allegedly perpetrated in territory controlled by the de facto authorities in Sana’a49 concerning: (a) Omar Muhammed Ali al Qiyam al Sherif, who was allegedly abducted on 2 January 2016 by members of an armed group associated with the de facto authorities in Sana’a, during a raid on his home in Al Hudaydah; (b) Yasser Muhammad Ali Ibrahim Juneyd, who was allegedly abducted on 20 February 2017 by an armed group associated with the de facto authorities in Sana’a, during a raid on his home in Al Saada; (c) Ghazali Ali Hassan Abd Abdallah Muhedbi, who was allegedly abducted on 15 October 2015 by an armed group associated with the de facto authorities in Sana’a in Al Hudaydah; (d) Tareq Ahmed Said Mohammed Khaleq, who was allegedly abducted on 18 March 2016 by an armed militia associated with the de facto authorities in Sana’a, during a raid on his home in Al Qamariyah village. 48 49 24 A/HRC/42/40, para. 94.
