On 28 June 2021, the Government transmitted information concerning a case, but the information was considered insufficient to clarify the case. 96. In accordance with the Working Group’s methods of work, a copy of the case of Ghulam Qadir has been communicated to the Government of Pakistan. Pakistan Urgent procedure 97. Under its urgent procedure, the Working Group transmitted two cases to the Government concerning: (a) A 17-year-old boy who was allegedly abducted on 23 May 2021 from his home in Gomazi, Kech district, Balochistan Province, by the members of the Frontier Corps and Inter-Service Intelligence personnel; (b) Jahanzaib, who was allegedly abducted on 9 April 2021 in front of the Park Hotel in Turbat, Kech district, Balochistan Province, by Inter-Service Intelligence personnel. Standard procedure 98. Under its standard procedure, the Working Group transmitted 56 cases to the Government (see annex I). Application of the six-month rule 99. On 21 May 2021, the Government provided information on an outstanding case, to which the Working Group decided to apply the six-month rule, concerning Idris Khattak. Information from the Government 100. On 21 May 2021, the Government transmitted information concerning 15 cases, but the information was considered insufficient to clarify the cases. 101. In accordance with its methods of work, a copy of these cases has been communicated to the Government of Afghanistan. Clarification 102. On the basis of information previously provided by the Government, the Working Group decided to clarify 11 cases, concerning, Ejaz Mohammad and Ilyas Mohammed, who are reportedly being detained in the internment centre at Lakki Marwat; and Daniyal Waheed, Shafqat Hussain Malik, Mahfooz Ismail Notkani, Muhammad Arif Khuda Nizar, Farman Khan, Muhammad Yameen Muhammad Mubeen, Muhammad Jamil, Muhammad Shahbaz and Azizullah, who are reportedly at liberty. Clarification based on information from sources 103. On the basis of information provided by sources, the Working Group decided to clarify the case of Jahanzaib (see para. 93 (b) above), who has reportedly been released. Information from sources 104.
