- Summary
The victim was arrested on 10/13/2015 from his home by a National Security force in civilian and military uniform, and was forcibly disappeared until 11/3/2015 at the National Security in Zagazig.
The victim then appeared before the military prosecution in case No. 247, military inventory of 2015, in which he was accused of monitoring a police checkpoint in the Salhiya area in Sharqia. He was sentenced to 7 years in prison in 2020, and the sentence expired on 11-3-2021, and he was not released.
The victim was forcibly disappeared for the second time in an unknown detention facility for 45 days, after which he appeared in case No. 101, Faqus Misdemeanor Case for the year 2022, and he is in pre-trial detention.
The victim is currently detained at Kafr Saqr Police Station and is allowed one visit per month for approximately 5 minutes. He complains of poor detention conditions as he suffers from overcrowding inside the detention facility, in addition to suffering from chest allergies and esophageal reflux, and his family is prevented from bringing him medication on a regular basis.
