He was arrested from his workplace on 05-02-2018 and was subjected to enforced disappearance for 5 months, during which he suffered psychological and physical torture. He appeared in front of the prosecution in case No. 535 of 2018, restricting the security of his country, Accused of joining a terrorist group. He was given a release in August 2020 but not implemented, as he was forcibly disappeared for two months, and then he was put on Case No. 3150 of 2020 State Security. He was disappeared and rotated several times after that, and he is now in Case No. 2458 of 2022, Administrative Matter. It is reported that he suffers from severe fatigue and medical negligence while he is being held in pretrial detention in Burj Al Arab Prison.
