He was arrested on 29-11-2016 from a pharmacy next to the hospital where his wife was giving birth. He was forcibly hidden in the National Security headquarters in Sheikh Zayed for 7 days, and then he was deported to the National Security headquarters in Fayoum and remained there for three months and three weeks. During the period of enforced disappearance, he was arrested. Various types of psychological and physical torture were practiced until he appeared in the Fifth Settlement Prosecution and then he was deported to Tora 992 maximum security prison2 and was presented to Case 724 for the year 2016 a military court. He was held in solitary confinement for a month and he suffer from poor conditions of detention and medical neglect
