The victim was arrested on March 6, 2018, without any legal basis, while he was in the Ezbet al-Nakhl area, by security forces. They took him to an unknown destination, without bringing him before an investigation body yet.

The family made telegrams and reported to the Public Prosecutor No. 4408 of 2018, Petitions of the Public Prosecutor, and it was transferred to the East Cairo Prosecution No. 848 issued by the East Prosecution on May 2, 2018, and his family has not yet produced evidence of him in any of the detention centers.
