The victim was arrested on August 21, 2021, and was subjected to enforced disappearance until he was investigated in connection with a case, before he obtained a release decision, but it was not implemented.

The victim was was re-imprisoned to a new case after he was forcibly disappeared again and after a decision was issued by the Ismailia Criminal Court to release him, but it was not implemented this time either.

The victim was re-imprisoned for the second time, and he is now imprisoned in Al-Mustaqbal Prison in Ismailia. He suffers from a chest disease due to the poor living conditions inside the prison and the inhumane conditions of the prison, and despite his family’s attempts to bring him medications, the prison administration constantly refuses to do so.
