In July 2019, the Attorney General, Counselor Nabil Ahmed Sadiq, issued Decision No. 35 to seize the funds of those accused in the “Hope Cell” case and prevent them from traveling outside the country, to include 85 defendants in the case, and 19 companies and economic entities.
